Razer Synapse 2 polling rate mouse lag issue

Set polling rate to 1000 hz, open razer synapose 2 and drag the synapse window around on the desktop. When I do this the window is lagging behind and keeps moving after I release the mouse. If I lower the polling rate everything is back to normal. If anyone else is having this issue make a note about it in this thread.
