after buying headphones, I installed the razer synapse application, it is very convenient and started using it on a permanent basis, but today I reinstalled Windows and the application does not give access, it only shows the expired warranty period. can I somehow use only my ID or only with a valid warranty?

What do you exactly mean by the app not giving you access? Can you send me a short video clip/ a screenshot of the issue? That way, I can better understand the situation and assist you accordingly. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 so I can take a closer look at your system. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
