Razer Synapse 3.0 (Failed To Start)

My Blackwidow Chroma V2 stopped lighting up the same day that I installed Synapse 3.0 and it hasn't lit up since. I've tried repairing it through Control Panel, reinstalling it completely, and switching back to 2.0. None of which worked. Please help! EDIT: Solved it

how did you solve it? it always says "failed to start"
