Razer Synapse 3.0 Installation error

This is the first time I bought a Razer product (Blackwidow Chroma v3 and Deathadder Chroma v2.) I'm unable to install the Razer Synapse 3.0 software. I've tried all the possible ways I could see online. I've tried disabling my firewall, replugging the devices, downloading the latest drivers etc. Attached is the screenshot of the error I keep getting when installing the software. And yes, I did download the software from your website. Kindly help me as I couldn't fully utilize your products without the software.

Please try to download the installer from here. Though I highly recommend that you use Microsoft Edge to avoid complications. If the issue persists, PM me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 so I can take a closer look at your system for a possible compatibility issue. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
