Suddenly, razer synapse 3.0 didn't work, and I can't do it any way I try.

I can't run Windows 10 even if I try to update it to the latest version.

I've installed it with administrator authority, reinstalled it, and modify it, but it's no use.

The laser central is running, but only synapse is not allowed. Please tell me how to fix it.
Hello there! When did the issue start? Also, have you tried doing a clean reinstall? If you haven't, I'd recommend doing so. Let me know how it goes.
