I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps on the razer website, and even the troubleshooting tool, nothing is working. The keyboard connects to my PC just fine, and works like a keyboard should, but Razer Synapse is NOT detecting it, making it where I cant use any of it’s features.

I’ve got the same issue, tried deleting all the files and software as stated. Reinstalled both Synapse 2 and 3 and it still doesn’t detect my ornate v3 x.
Just shows as a HID device in device manager so i’m stumped and thinking of returning it at this point.
