Razer Synapse 3.0 not detecing Razor Ornata V3 X

I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps on the razer website, and even the troubleshooting tool, nothing is working. The keyboard connects to my PC just fine, and works like a keyboard should, but Razer Synapse is NOT detecting it, making it where I cant use any of it’s features.

@Im_Atlas - Synapse update just released and seems to have fixed it for me.

I’ve got the same issue, tried deleting all the files and software as stated. Reinstalled both Synapse 2 and 3 and it still doesn’t detect my ornate v3 x.

Just shows as a HID device in device manager so i’m stumped and thinking of returning it at this point.

I’m having this problem and neither the Synapse 3 or 4 detects it. I can’t even do a firmware update. Brand new PC.
