I just bought a razer viper mini and installed the synapse 3 software. After a full day of performing clean installs and letting the app through the fire wall i still have not fixed the issue. The synapse app works only when i install it and open it but as soon as i restart my computer the applications fails to launch... I have tried repairing the app as well doing clean installs.. great product terrible software :(

Given all the troubleshooting you've done so far, we may have to look into third party factors. Please PM me your System and Application logs and use this to gather Synapse 3.0 logs. You can upload the log files on GDrive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link. Let's go from there.
