Razer Synapse 3

Hi all!



I just upgraded from Razer Synapse 2.0 to Razer Synapse 3 and I have a weird problem at hand - Synapse 3 does not detect my headset and mouse (Razer Man O' War and Mamba Wireless). It does show my keyboard (Ornata) and mouse pad (Firefly). Is this bug caused by the Beta of the software or is there an actual workaround this?

Apparently Chroma Connect works on my mouse and head set (I've ran Diablo 3 and everything turned red as it should) but I still cannot see my mouse and headset on devices list....
Your Man O'War will not appear on Synapse 3 since it is not a supported device. As for your mouse, I'll have to check the model first. PM me the serial number so I can do just that. You can also refer to the list of supported devices on Synapse 3.
