Razer Synapse 3 Application Issue

Dear Community, I have recently gotten the Blackshark V2 + USB sound card headset and was trying to install the Razer Synapse 3 application but it seems to fail badly... Multiple reinstallation, activating windows restore point , running windows update but it will still not launch. Everytimei run synapse 3 as an adminstrator it will lead me back to the razer central to re-login my account multiple times. I also noticed my CPU utilization is at 100% after multiple processes from the application is running.. i'm running on an i7-9700K processor, please help as i am already out of solutions.. Thank you.
