Razer Synapse 3 Broken

So, I have the Razer Blackwidow Elite, and have been using Razer Synapse 3 for a while now. I guess it needs an update, but it just updats. Forever. It says "Don't worry, this wont take long!" but thats obviously a lie, because I waited for like 2 hours without any progress. I tried re-installing it, but it just got stuck at %32 the first time and got stuck at %7 the second time. The keyboard works just fine, but I want my macros and RGB!

From what i've been told, the last synapse update fixed both prolems... I wish that they have fixed before i sent mine to RMA...

Yes, for replacement... They will sent a new one to replace the one that i've sent..

I don't understand if you're joking... Have you already sen anything to Razer RAM? Or, do you know someone who did it?

I've simply done what Razer support told me to... THey want to test the keyboard, and sent me a new one without this kind of issue...

No I havent. I just have my old Razer Blackwidow Elite I got off of Amazon.

Just have to wait, they say that should long for about 10 working days to receive my new one, after the actual got there... So, have to wait a few more days, and hoppe everything for the best...
