Razer synapse 3 can't detect my mouse.

Not sure if my issue is same as you. Also mamba elite, just updated the razer synapse few hours ago, then found that all my customize button functions no longer work. The synapse can still recognize the mouse, still show the correction button functions in UI, but it just doesn't work as what it shows. More details, now button 5 and 6 works as back and forward in browser, no longer as I programmed (scroll up and down). Scroll left and right stop working, and sensitivity stage up and down no longer work and no UI shows up as well. However, chroma still works as usually. Could that be a bad synapse update so that some user can't get their mouse recognized while some not fully functional?

I don't have my issue anymore. I'm not sure when it was fixed so not sure what happened as well. Could be another update or other software change.
