Razer Synapse 3 can't find my keyboard

When I open Razer Synapse 3 I doesn't detect my keyboard, so I can't mess around in the studio. I tried to fix it my going in to the Device Manager, but one of the drivers doesn't automaticlly download from the internet. How do I fix this, I prefer not to factory reset my computer.

    Uninstall the keyboard drivers then manually check for updates via Synapse settings. If that doesn't help, please PM me so I can help you troubleshoot.
