Razer Synapse 3 Can't Install

Hello all, Recently my Synapse 3 decided to completely stop working. Couldn't launch it or uninstall it. I have tried following all of the guides I could find to try and fix it. Yet I still can't get the installer to launch to actually install Synapse 3 again. I am at a loss of what to do/try next. I launched the compatibility troubleshooter and Windows tells me the the installer I just downloaded is an "Incompatible Program" Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    Which version of Windows is your PC currently running on? Please send me screenshots of the error messages. For now, download and install the latest version of .Net Framework from here and perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
