Razer Synapse 3 causing shutdown problem?

Hello fellow Razer "fans" Since I've installed the Razer Synapse 3 when I've bought the Razer DeathAdder Elite mice I got the problem that when I'm about to shutdown my PC a error message popping up from Razer Synapse. The error message i get is: .NET-BroadcastEventWindow.4.0.0.02eed1ca.0 [Razer Synapse service proccess.exe program fail. UKnown software fail (0xe0434352) appeared on the program in adress 0x0000000075949862] When i press OK it shutdown. But annoying as f*ck! Reinstalled the driver 4 times no luck! It happened day 1 I've bought the mice. The version of the Synapse 3 is the latest software. mice working fine!

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concern here. Did you follow the step here during the Synapse 3.0 installation? Does the same issue happen while the mouse or other peripherals is disconnected from your computer while it is shutting down? Feel free to send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse 3.0 log files.     Hi, I'm encountering what appears to be the same issue during shutdown using Windows 10 64 bit pro version 2004 (OS Build 19041.45) and Synapse 3 version 3.5.730.72314. Has there been any updated news on this problem?

    They helped me to fix this problem. I think the latest Synapse 3 version fixed this issue :)
