Razer Synapse 3 does not save macro

I have a problem with my Deathadder Essential, where I create a MACRO and who is put so the macro is displayed while the button is pressed. When the flap mute is sold, this screen will be empty and play once.

Attached is a video that shows. If anyone can help me, I'm grateful.

Have you tried to remove the Macro then try to configure it again? Can you send me the serial number of your Razer DeathAdder Essential through PM? Let's continue from there.

Thanks for reaching out. I got your reply but I am unable to reply to it as you have locked the conversation. To unlock it, go to the Conversation itself, then click on Edit Conversation, then uncheck the box with the label Lock conversation (no responses will be allowed). I'll be waiting.
