My Razer Ornata V2 was working fine until one day Synapse decides to now show it up on the app, and now I cannot change the lightning. I already tried uninstalling the drivers and repairing Synapse.

Hey,
Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a message via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
