razer synapse 3 doesnt detect kitty bt headset

hello, i have an issue that the kitty bt isnt detected by synapse but it is compatible. i have repaired it re installed it deleted every devices and updated everything watched every possible tutorial or posts about it and still it is not working. anyone got a solution?
