Razer Synapse 3 is crashing Star Wars Battlefront 2
Good night everyone, I have a really bad issue with crashing on Battlefront 2 bought on EA Store, here is the thing, I used to have the Synapse 2 app but 2019 went by and I the app stopped working as intended, contacted Razer Support and told me to try out the Synapse 3, so I did that and then I bought some games like Battlefield 5 and Star Wars Battlefront 2, I had the game on PS4 so I wanted to try it on PC as people said it was a totally different experience, downloaded the game, started playing it, second match the game crashed, thought, yeah might be some kind of error, started it again and same history, kept happening for around 2 days so I contacted EA Support to help me with the case and they told me to uninstall the mouse software, I did and it stopped crashing, hell yeah right?, Nope because my PC sens was all over the place and couldn't play as usual, downloaded it back and crashing came back again.
If you guys want to know what the crashing was like is that the sound would still be running but the screen would lag, have used the Radeon Softare too and it doesn't help either.
Note: I have done EVERYTHING, but i mean EVERYTHING to stop the crashing error and the only thing that stops it, its having Synapse 3 closed. I wonder if the is anything I can do to change things up, like turning off some tools to hopefully stop the problem. More brains think better than just one and maybe some of you guys had the same issue and what did you do to fix it. By the way I downloaded Synapse 2 back but it stopped registering my mouse so I couldn't use it anymore, are there any other options I can do? Is there just a software (or Razer software) that will allow me to have just the sensitivity set on what I want and nothing else, I don't use the colors, nor the macros or anything but just the DPI. Any help is well received. Thanks
My mouse is a Razer Deathadder 2016(2017?) I think as I bought it January 2018.
