I have a razer synapse issue with my mouse, my mouse (Viper 8Khz) won't show up on razer synapse 3, I have directly plugged into the computer, and I tried all of your methods they didn't work. But whenever I download synapse after uninstalling it, it says it detects my device then when I use synapse it won't. Please help I would really appreciate it.

    For now, please perform a clean installation of the app and mouse drivers by following this guide. Please send me the serial number along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32 should you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
