Razer Synapse 3 keyboard profiles not working

Synapse 3 has stopped saving my keyboard profiles. I set up and save profiles in the studio but when I try to go and link them to the game i want, they are not available. This literally stopped working over night. i made a profile one day and the next day it stopped working. I have attempted to repair the razer synapse program. I have also completely uninstalled and re-installed the razer program. Nothing works. It is VERY frustrating. Any one have any ideas? Update: No one else has this issue?
