Razer Synapse 3 lighting problem

I have razer blackwidow 3.My keyboard lights up when my computer is turned on but when razer synapse is turden on my keyboars lighting is gone.if i close the synapse lights turned up again.What should i do ?

    Please reset the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0's setting by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the application. Also, try replicating the issue by logging out from the Razer Synapse 3.0 and signing in as a guest user. I’ll be locking this thread now.
