Razer Synapse 3 lights resetting when device is connected

I have here a Viper Ultimate, and to power save it turns off after 10 minutes innactive. But when i turn back on, all chroma devices resets the led from my advanced Chroma Studio Effect to the default Quick Effect. What can i do? I'll attach all my devices that resets every time i turn back on my mice.

Edit: I already ran a clean reinstall as shown here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708/ Edit: The clean reinstall was ran twice

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have you tried replicating the issue by logging in as a guest user account? Also, when the devices Chroma effect reverts to its default, does it stay there, or it re-applies your customized Chroma profile after some time?

Hey there! Thanks for repplying. I logged out from my account and logged in as guest as you said. It did not happen in the guest account. In my own account, is reverts to its default and stays there, never re-applying my custom chroma profile. Can it be an issue only in my account or something like that?
