Razer Synapse 3 Lying About Setup

I am on Windows 10 and restarted my PC and now I can launch it and it opens however not a single feature is working. On my tray it insists no devices are plugged in when they very clearly are and even Windows says they are. I CAN open Synapse however the cog refuses to work, I cannot access settings, or any of my devices. I go to the Visualizer and get a lie, yes a LIE. It keeps trying to say Windows Dynamic Lighting is controlling things. THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS 10 FEATURE. None of my lighting works and now my macros are all not useable since this stupid program wants to outright lie to me and before you ask NO I didn’t have any updates install during the restart process. I have reinstalled Synapse TWICE and reset this PC FOUR times, I have even moved which ports my devices were in with the PC on and off. Nothing I am sick of this and can’t get into ANYTHING now despite Synapse launching. What in the world can I do to fix this, because I’m spent and nothing online addresses this since I’m not having issues on a 11 system nor am I having issues getting Synapse to launch. I can’t even get a “we don’t recognize this device” error some people get. I want my stuff back, never had an issue with Razer products until today and I can’t do my freaking work thanks to needing things it’s lying to me about. I’m spent and NEED A FIX. Everything was FINE until this restart decided to brick everything
