Razer Synapse 3 missing functions

1. While working on the Razer Synapse, the Alt-Tab function and the Windows key are not working. 2. Also, the function to set the actuation point is nowhere to be found. 2.5 Alternatively, the secondary key is working but useless to me because instead of just acting as a separate function when in its secondary position, it toggles the secondary key. So if you set it to Shift for running, you can't walk back unless you stop. 3. And finally, the "Send Feedback" function says I don't have any internet connectivity, even if I disable my firewall.
