Razer Synapse 3 NOT installing correctly

hello the razer community, ive always loved razer products but ive recently got a new computer and now razer synapse wont download properly, ive tried everything online but i have not gotten any results. the issue occurs after i download the app, as soon as i open it, it just opens for 1-2 seconds, and closes. Ive tried using razer synapse 2 and it installs, but it does not open with the same issue. If anyone has the same issue or knows anything about this. please help -Thanks -Guppy

Hey Guppy! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Were you able to check your computer's firewall or anti-virus and see if it's blocking the app during the installation? Are you using a Windows computer? If you are, ensure to delete any Razer-related files from the mentioned Windows paths from this link and see if it helps.
