Razer Synapse 3 Not Recognizing Keyboard or Mouse

I have a huntsman te and a razer viper which are both supposed to be recognized by the software but it doesn't, i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Was it working before? This usually happens when the devices appear as HID on the device manager. You should try to uninstall the device drivers then run Windows Updater to get new ones.
