Razer Synapse 3 opening and or detecting Deathadder v2

Hello, I own a Razer Deathadder V2 and have been very happy with it. Until yesterday, I have had no problems whatsoever with the mouse or synapse. However, now it seems Synapse 3 will not open or detect my mouse. I have uninstalled drivers, reinstalled net frameworks, and uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3. I have had no luck with any of the recommended choices for solving my problems, so this is my last resort.

    Send your System and Application logs to me so I can check what's preventing Synapse 3 from launching. You can get those from Windows Event Viewer. Upload the files on GDrive and Dropbox and send me a shareable link. I'd appreciate it if you can include a screenshot of how the mouse appears on the Device Manager. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
