Razer Synapse 3: PLEASE HELP

Hello, I recently purchased a razer naga trinity, to replace my basilisk. The mouse arrived today and upon trying to set it up- I was having several several issues with Razer synapse 3 not wanting to launch. I uninstalled, and reinstalled the program several times, as well as remove the driver data for the mouse and keyboard (I am using a blackwidow V2), and waited about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I connected the devices, was given the prompt to install the software, only installing Razer Synapse (and its other functions, but not Razer Cortex). After the "successful" installation, I was prompted to launch the program and I did, only to be met with the following dialogue box. Nothing has seemed to help, and central comes up just fine- but in order to program my mouse for mmo's, I need access to the program and it is not working whatsoever
