Razer Synapse 3 problem with Amazon Alexa

Hi, I installed and set up Amazon Alexa module in Razer Synapse, but it doesn't work (when I say something to Alexa, status is still "listening" and nothing happens). In Alexa phone app, Razer Synapse is "Offline Device". Could someone help to fix that?

      sorry mate have you tried changing the settings or checking the device in the "input settings" in the alexa module?

      Yes, I tried changing settings and my microphone is working.
