Razer Synapse 3 Profile's keep shutting itself off?

Hello, Recently did a clean windows install. So I had to Install Synapse again, I now have a new version and I have alot of problems in this new version. I make profile's to bind keys to my mouse buttons for every game. Everytime for example in CSGO they work for like 5-10 minutes and then suddenly they stop working. ex: I got CAPS bind to my number 7 for voice chat and suddenly they stop working during the match. anyone a clue whats going on?

    Forgot to mention that my app also freeze's for like 10-20 seconds everytime i try to make changes.
