I have been buying razers products for many years now, and the transition from Synapse 2 to the new Synapse 3 has made my whole gaming experience a headache. On a daily basis, Synapse 3 will randomly freeze up for no apparent reason, and it makes me go thru task manager and close every single razer process (including the backround ones) and then I have the reopen synapse as administrator (which takes another 5 minutes) and then the program will work fine... for about 2-3 hours until I have to repeat the process. I'm not finished either, along side of the program freezing often, I come across my profiles not loading very frequently. Yes, I have disabled all of my anti-virus programs, Yes I have reinstalled Synapse 3 (Using Revo Uninstaller to remove all leftover directory), and Yes I have tried this on a different device. It doesn't change. This makes my whole gaming experience very annoying, and I have considered many times to sell all of my Razer products for a different company, but I have stayed with my razer products because the quality of their peripherals are fantasic. They are outright better than the competitors, but the Software needs major tweaking. I make this forum to see if I am the only one experiencing issues like this, and so that Razer advisors can make a change to this so that I can enjoy my products, issue-free.
