Razer synapse 3 will not launch or not fully launch

I have had both happen almost every start up, either it doesn't launch or it launches and synapse don't start. When it doesn't launch I have to restart my PC because there is no desktop shortcut. Some time synapse is running in system tray but keyboard not lighted to profile and when I right click on icon and chose synapse it starts then. I have to set to launch in Start Up, everything up to date and when it launches it works fine.
