Razer Synapse 3 will not uninstall install open or update

So to simply put it Razer Synapse 3 will not uninstall install or open Ive deleted every razer file and registry known to my pc and when I run the installer I get a cmd pop up for 0.0001 second and then disappeared and nothing ever happens again Ive emailed support but its gonna take a while If anybody can send help that be awesome

        I am having the same problem this is so annoying. Why can't Razer fix this problem? I keep getting error code 528372. I have tried every solution I want my THX Spatial Audio back.
