Razer Synapse 3 Won’t Open
I bought the Razer black shark V2 pro wireless headset a little while ago but Razer synapse doesn’t seem to be working. I download Razer synapse 3 but when I click on it to open it, it opens for about a second and shows a black screen and then it closes. I have tried many different things but none seem to be working. Help would be great!

This happened to me too, I just left clicked it and press open as administrator. If this does not work just uninstall it then do a safe razer synapse reinstallation.

I have just reinstalled Synapse in an abortive attempt to get my BW Chroma keyboard working. Nada. I can't find the settings to change my keyboard setup anywhere. I even deleted all the drivers & rebooted so it would have a clean reinstall. My keyboard is gently cycling through all its colors so something is working, but where do I find the azar echatspin keyboard?
+1TuqueroIvantckJernalynBlackWidow Chroma is Synapse 2.0 compatible. Be sure, that you have older version - Synapse 2.0 and not Synapse 3 installed.
