I tried everything that the SAiSO AI on the discord server said, nothing worked. I would like to speak to a real human if it is possible.

I’m here to lend a helping! Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
