Razer Synapse 4 Sync Conflict on ONE PC and ONLY ONE Profile & Audio issues

All,

Okay, I do have to admit, I’m new to using external hardware to assist with the gaming experience.  I only have one PC, one Synapse Account, and one profile.  I still get Sync conflicts between my local and cloud settings, daily.  I have tried to remove and readd the program.  Deleted any previous additional profiles.

The way you structured your sentences makes it complicated to understand but you’re definitely not alone in this.

I too have sync error conflict even without all additional Razer bloatware installed (Just Synapse, no Chroma, no Macro, nothing). So far I have reinstalled the app, contacted support directly and they’re asking to log my computer which I decided not to go further. It seems Razer don’t allocate any resources for software testing before launching a product. The only reason I decided to purchase Razer and Logitech products was because these devices running on AA batteries.

 

I concluded, Razer, just like Logitech is an overpriced junk and wouldn’t consider buying any of their products in the future anymore. I heard redragon is an emerging company, affordable, and doing well without thrashes issues like what we’re having with Razer and Logitech. So, there you go.
