Just downloaded razer synapse 4 because i was interested in trying snap tap feature and before downloading it i checked if all my peripherals were compatible and supposedly they all are, but now that I've installed it they all work except my headphones (Razer Blackshark v2 HS), they get recognized by the program but it just loading infinitely, it won’t let me change any setting using the program.

Bumping this topic, even with the lastest Synapse 4 update I’m still having the loading for the blackshark device running infinitely. When opening the tab, synapse indicates I have and I quote “successfully connected my headset” yet it is not loading the required module (38Mb, I even get unecessary details such as the file size to download) and that I need to restart Synapse which ofc does not fix anything…
Any suggestions? I already tried a clean wipe of the Synapse install with no success.

Hi rodriguito6969, TkiLLaH, SaberKyo, AzureMistgreatAPATITE866, and Isongfr. Please try downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool to remove all Razer-related files, then restart your computer. Once done, reinstall Razer Synapse 4 and its updates. Let me know how it goes. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
