I have two problems with the new Razer Synapse program; The first is that it does not detect my Blackwidow Elite keyboard, the other problem is that when I put a macro on it, any button says that I must have Razer Synapse

+1Try clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
