Razer synapse and chroma app crash w11 | Razer Insider

Any know of when a patch is going to come out for sypnase and chroma for w11, kinda getting sick that i have razer products and i’m unable to use software because it causes my pc have BSOD, even event logger says chroma and synapse is causing the errors.

i’ve installed fresh installations but seems to be the software. To make things worse even dynamic lighting doesn’t work for either huntsman v2 or deathadder v2 yet you stated it does, anyhow any1 know any fixes id appreciate it as says all drivers updated.

I would love a response too.

So basically for me there was mixture of a few things, I completely forgot about this post.

 

So original pc I had written off turns out there was serious issues with it the specs below

Ryzen 5 7600x

RTX 4060ti

32gb ram at 6000

W11 I believe 21h2.

 

Since then I'm now using the following.

Tuf gaming b760-plus wifi mb

Intel i7-14700k

RTX 4080super 

32gb ram at 6000

W11 23H2.

 

I refuse to use razers software since the other issues occurred.

 

What I have found is if you are using 24H2 w11, there so many bugs and issues with it go back to w11 23h2 if you can.

 

Also as my motherboard is Asus I've now found the armoury works with razer keyboard.

 

You just need to move armory above dynamic lighting for it to be active.

 

I also found if you use razer software, it overrides dynamic lighting, so unless you reverse it in software settings the feature will not work.
