Razer Synapse and Cortex are not opening.

Can't open synapse cortex or RazCentral. Only 7.1 sound app is opening but still dont work. I tried so many times to uninstall and install, I watched so many videos but non of them helped. May be you'll not understand what I'm typing cause I'm Russian, sorry.

    Did you try deleting the entire Razer folder in the Windows program data, then restarting your computer? Ensure that your computer's anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
