Razer Synapse and Keyboard/Mouse Issues

Hello, When Razer Synapse boots, my keyboard and mouse's profiles are automatically loaded and all seems normal. I can adjust volume up and down using the wheel on the keyboard. However, maybe about 10-15 minutes after the software has opened, my mouse loses the color profile I have set for it, which is static red. Instead, it begins to cycle through the default RGB color scheme. At the same time, I am no longer able to use the volume wheel on the keyboard to adjust audio levels. Instead, moving the audio wheel will scroll up and down on a browser page rather then adjusting audio. I have to exit Synapse and restart the software to resolve the issue with my mouse losing it's color scheme and to get my keyboard's volume wheel to work. It only helps for so long though, as 10-15 minutes later it's back to the same issue. I don't mind the mouse losing color scheme, but I do mind the volume wheel not working. It's one of the main reasons I bought this keyboard. There is a direct link between Synapse and this issue, as restarting Synapse resolves the issue momentarily. I seem to be having this issue no matter what computer I use.
