Razer Synapse app cannot connect to any of my razer devices

so i downloaded the app and uploaded all of the warranties and signed into both the browser page and the app but it still tells me to connect a device thats compatible with razer synapse even though the manual tells me to set these up on synapse. I have the razer naga trinity mouse, cynosa chroma keyboard, and a goliathus extended chroma pad
