Razer Synapse black screen

Hello, When I start Razer Synapse and I try to logon, I get a black window with no content. I tried a few things which I found in the forum, like removing videocard and use the onboard card but the result was 0. Reinstalling Synapse. I hope you can help me. Kind regards Megan.
