Hi guys,



just got my Basilisk v2, awesome peace of gear. I was just starting to have fun assigning all my shortcuts and stuff, and all of a sudden, when I click on a mouse button to edit, it won't pop the menu.. It just does nothing... This is the second time it happens... I uninstalled and reinstalled, it fixed the issue, but now 5 minutes later it's doing it again.... Any idea?

Even the tabs on the top won't work (profils connect studio visualizer etc)
OK, seems it was the Roccat Swarm app from my previous mouse.. Uninstalled it, now it seems to be working..

I have Atheris. Forward and backward buttons dont work as shortcut in browser for pages as in Synapse 2 for MacOS? Any idea?
I use macros instead of builtin shortcuts for Window 10, works like a charm. Maybe give it a shot?

Yeah! You are right Razer mice are amazing. But I dont have Synapse 3 for Mac :frown_:
