Razer Synapse can't change Razer Imperator 2012 settings

I've had this problem for I don't know how long but noticed it only two days ago. Razer Synapse recognizes my mouse but any changes in settings that I do for my mouse don't actually change anything, switching profiles has no effect either. I can't change my Macros, can't turn of the lights, can't change DPI or acceleration. I tried deleting and reinstalling Synapse, I tried deleting my drivers, I also tried using the Imperator 2012 drivers directly but they don't detect the mouse. If someone has any idea on how to fix this please help.

    Genauso wie bei mir.Synapse findet nicht den Imperator, auch so sicher alles probiert! Selbst registrieren kan ich sie nicht mit dehn Daten auf der Unterseite der Maus.Synapse sagt immer, Artikeleriennummer unbekannt! Und da das alles nicht geht kan ich, auch wie du auch, nichts ändern! Danke RAZER, das man sein Produkt registrieren MUSS! Über Hilfe seitens Razer Support wurde ich gehört
