Razer Synapse Can't detect my Razer Mamba Tournament Edition Mouse

I had this mouse for like 3 years and I haven't plugged this mouse in for 2 years. I recently plugged it in and Razer Synapse can't detect it. Any tips?

    For starters, you should check if your computer properly detects the mouse. Try reinstalling the device drivers if it doesn't appear as a Razer Mamba Tournament Edition in the Device Manager.
