Razer Synapse causes .NET Unhandled exception error

Recently (within the past week), Razer Synapse has started causing Microsoft .NET Framework errors. The following now pops up incessantly: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Could not load file or assembly 'RSy_3_AudioAppStreamsWrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. is not a valid Win32 application. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700C1)." No matter whether I click Continue or Quit, the box will pop back up some number of minutes later. Incredibly annoying. Windows is fully updated, Synapse is fully updated, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all .NET components and Synapse (separate reinstallations). The problem persisted after each reinstallation. I just want my Razer Basilisk to work properly - which includes not messing with the rest of my system.
