Hi everyone i install synapse 3 and stream app but in synapse 3 connect module i cant see the stream app, maybe this problem caused by i install synapse 3 in x86 program files and stream app to program files . But i can not choose the destination to install. So when i open the stream app "The Streamer Companion App is disabled in Razer Synapse ,Please enabled this app from the Chroma Connect module " but i cant see the app in chroma connect module

I've bought Razer Seiren Emote and installed it on 4 different computers with Windows 10. Everywhere I get this message "The Streamer Companion App is disabled in Razer Synapse, Please enabled this app from the Chroma Connect module". I spent already more than 15 hours resolving this issue... I am very disappointed and frustrated, and it seems that I am not the only one with the problem.
Actually same problem , i also spent that time for solving and still have the problem !

Can you please do simple troubleshooting for us to isolate the problem?



Repair Synapse

Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

Select Razer Synapse and click Uninstall/Change.

Click on Repair and wait for repair completion.

After repair completion, launch Synapse 3 and verify if the device shows up on Dashboard
