I have an Ornata Chroma Keyboard and for some reason, the Razer Synapse app does not find it. It says "please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device.
I own a Mac desktop running the macOS Big Sur (vs 11.2.3) and I'm using the Razer Synapse 2.0, because the 3.0 is compatible with Windows only.
What can I do?

Hi Simão! Thanks for creating this thread. Please be aware that the Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible until Mac OS version 10.14 only. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. I suggest sending feedback to our devs via the Razer Synapse option or by clicking this link.
